Poor Vegas

For those of you who have met our kitties - Vegas is the long haired one. She is 5 years old and for the majority of those years we have been able to maintain her fur. Unfortunately, lately it just seems like no matter how much we brush her, she mats sooooo bad. The other night I tried to cut them out the other night and realized how bad they had gotten. So yesterday I called the groomer and today she got shaved. Poor kitty. The groomer said she did amazingly well, much better than most cats. She seems much happier too.
