A guest blogger

This week I had the honor of guest posting on my co-worker's/friend's blog. She writes a wedding blog (the first part of her dream to own property/home out at Green Bluff here in Spokane and host weddings there. I shared my experience planning a bridal shower and sharing my do it yourself activites! Check it out!

Old Phone Pictures

Here are a couple of pictures from awhile back (about a month or so) that I thought were too cute not to share.

1st Ellie is playing in the bubbles at daycare. Clearly this was before the weather even got warm enough to not wear a winter jacket.

This next one is pretty funny. Ellie kept trying and trying to climb onto the coffee table. After I told her "just because you think you can doesn't mean you should" - to which she proved me wrong and did it anyways! (Note: she's watching the Mariners)

E-L-L-I-E

I have been meaning to upload this video for a couple weeks, but its taken me awhile to do it - but I promise its totally worth the wait. Jared and I are always spelling her name pointing to the letters on her bedroom door. She can't quite say her name as well as some of the other words she says. However, this video taken by my mom is hilarious. It sounds like E-I-E-I-E, as if she's trying to spell her name. I acutally think she's just saying Ellie three times. What do you think?

Sunny Weather

Finally some warmer weather hit us last week. Ellie has literally been outside nonstop. Not to mention all the cute dresses and warm weather clothes we got to pull out!

Mother's Day Post...Just a few weeks late.

Mother's day was low key for us. I managed to wake up with a nasty cold and subsequently spent most of the day in bed. However, I had this little cutie who made me waffles for breakfast!

Successful Hunt

Friday night Jared and Matt headed up north for some turkey hunting. By Saturday at noon they were on their way home - both got their birds early in the day! I see a very yummy dinner in my future!
