Little Mama

Ellie has been such a great big sister!! She's really concerned about Ryan and quite protective too. When we first brought him home, she'd wake up in the middle of the night crying because she could hear him crying during his diaper changing. When Jared went in there, she said she was upset because "baby brother crying" and even had to come see that he was ok so she could go back to sleep. Her latest is to play with her babies and treat them like Ryan. So she puts them in the "seat" (bouncer) with him and puts the blanket over all of them. Then she'll pick up one of the babies and say "poopy diaper", take the baby over to the family room, grab a diaper and a wipe, lift the doll's legs with one hand, wipe the baby, take the wipe to the garbage and then put a diaper on the baby. She'll do that with a couple of the dolls, but over and over again in a 1/2 hour time frame, finally we just have to tell her that the baby just tooted. Soo sweet!
