Landscaping

For the past two weekends (and actually the full two weeks) we have been working on the landscaping. Here is what the yard looked like pre-landscaping!





First Jared created an autocad drawing of our proposed landscape and contacted different contractors for pricing, etc.



The first weekend, Dave, Pat and Jared (and Josh stopped by to help too) put in the sprinkler system! Fortunately Dave has a ditch witch which made it a little bit easier, but the 95+ degree heat didn't make it easy at all!





Then this past Saturday, we had sod delivered at 7:50 am....Jared and Joel worked 8 hours in the 95 degree heat again and presto! Instant yard! We, of course, still need to put the planting beds in and do some clean up, but it looks amazing already!
