Welcome Home!

Well we finally made it! Wednesday was our (me and Ellie's) last day in Seattle. We had the movers in the apartment all morning and Uncle John stopped by to provide some assistance watching Ellie, cleaning and loading the Jeep up. Jared worked Thursday in Seattle, so he pulled up a blanket and pillow and slept on the floor that night.

Thursday morning, my mom, Ellie and I headed to Spokane. We picked up the keys at the title company and by the time we got to the house the movers were there within 10 min. A couple hours later the cable guy showed up and then a few more the appliances were delivered. Needless to say it was a very busy day!

Friday, Auntie Becky and Case came to help watch Ellie, so my mom and I could unpack. Becky managed to tote both kiddos (carseats and all) to the store and still help unpack as they both took their naps. Jared made the trip with them too. He spent the day taking the water pressure and the measurements of the yard and a trip to the office to unload his office stuff.

Then we all headed back to ML for Jared's dad's birthday where we had dinner with the entire family and Aunt Happy and Uncle Forry, whom we haven't seen in about a year. They have been traveling around the US in their motorhome helping with disaster recovery and attending different conventions. Saturday brought Uncle Nick's graduation party. We had a wonderful day since the weather decided to cooperate. Nick will head off to Marine bootcamp in September. And finished the weekend off with Father's day. What a great weekend of celebrations.....

As you can imagine I don't have many pictures if any to share since things have been soo busy, but my mom snapped this cute one of Ellie and Case holding hands.
