Another Batch of Cupcakes

I made another batch of cupcakes Sunday night to take to work. We were so thankful because as a benefit, our office will do our taxes for free!! It was sooo nice this year given that we had the house and we had all sorts of extra stuff to file as a result. So our tax department received some chocolate cupcakes with Oreo frosting. I hear they were pretty good - somehow I managed not to eat one!
